We undertake rim-curving, sheet-curving, welding, material cutting, CNC cutting and also manufacturing of welded structures.

Edge rim rolling of flat-steel-rim are available from 20X3 mm to 120x20 mm. Different kind of 'L' and 'U' shaped profile rolling to curve and rim shape, and also steel tubes rolling to 2" size. The Sheet bending size range is : 1-6mm, max 2500mm length.
Bending measure range is: 1-6 mm, maxi n 2500 mm length.
Welding of carbon steel, corrosion-resistant steel, aluminum structures.
Cutting with traditional technologies, steel plate cutting on plate shearing machine up to 12mm, profile materials cutting on circular saw.
Laser cutting: steel plate up to15mm, aluminum and corrosion-resistant up to 12mm.
Water-jet cutting: steel plate, alumínium up to 60mm
